馃搮 Class Attendance and Cancellations
1️⃣ Attendance Commitment
I understand that unexpected things can happen, but I ask all students to do their best to attend each class.
Consistent attendance is essential for learning, practicing, and making progress throughout the program.
Please remember this is my job — I prepare materials and time for each student individually.
馃搮 Program Dates & Commitment
✅ The program runs from September 2nd to June 24th.
This program is designed for students to complete the full term, not to drop out midway.
✅ By signing in through the registration link, you acknowledge and agree to commit to the program for its entire duration.”
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for scheduled classes are non-refundable.
Missed classes will not be replaced.
If I cancel a class, I will reschedule it.
If a student is late, the class will only last for the remaining scheduled time.
Forgetting to attend or canceling just minutes/hours before class means the class will not be replaced and remains non-refundable.
3️⃣ Holiday & Break Policy
We have class during public school vacations (e.g., February brake, April Sring break, some holidays ( If the Library is open ), or other school breaks).
There is no class during some Holidays, Thanksgiving break and the last week of the Christmas/New Year holiday.
During regular program months, classes are scheduled 4 to 5 times per month. However, during some holiday months, the number of classes may be reduced to only 3 classes due to holiday breaks.
Even if the number of classes is reduced, the monthly cost remains the same as in all other months.
If you decide to take a break, go on vacation, or simply miss class, please let me know in advance. However, the class will still be non-refundable.
Students must check the monthly class calendar to stay updated.
I am not part of the public school system.

In case of severe weather (heavy snow, thunderstorms, etc.), class may be moved online via Google Meet.
In winter, if your child is sick, please notify me in advance and do not bring them to class in person.
If the student is coughing (even lightly) but otherwise well enough to attend, they must wear a face mask — otherwise, they will not be allowed in class.
馃崕 Food, Water & Snacks
I completely understand that students may be coming from school, home, or other activities before Spanish class and might be hungry.
Students are welcome to bring food or snacks.
I encourage them to bring their own water or juice.
馃搶 Very Important Note
馃毇 I am not part of the public school system.
馃毇 I am not a staff member or employee of the library where classes are held.
馃懇馃彨 I am an independent teacher who rents the library space to offer private Spanish classes for children.
馃摎 The library only lends me its facilities so that I can teach my classes.
⚠️ The library is not responsible for the program, schedule, payments, or any decisions related to the class.
